so, i have received a ton of great feedback from our baby book customers and some of them have some GREAT ideas about maximizing the usefulness of the book that i’d love to share!
1. the calendar . many moms take out the current calendar month {since the ruby love baby book is a 3 ring album that the pages can be taken out!!} and clipped it to the fridge with the sheet of stickers. that way, its out, plain to see, and easy to jot down that little milestone that you would have forgotten if the page wasn’t out in clear view!
2. quick notes . some moms have a little pad of post-its that they keep available to jot down notes and memories.. {or an open word or notepad document on their computer}, store them in a little box, and when they get around to it, they fill in the info in the actual baby book. so, you can still get all the dates and memories right, but use your pretty handwriting while the baby sleeps and you aren’t rushed!
3. guest book . for hospital visitors or baby shower guests, use the blank pages in the back of the baby book for a mini guest book. have them write a sweet little note to your baby, and it will stay with all the rest of your memories. a customer said they even had the doctor sign the book and the doctor loved the book and the idea too!
